Lookstan delivers original Hollister collection items for men and women across Egypt. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

Delivery Time Frame

The standard delivery time frame is usually 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

- Customer location.
- Courier schedule.
- Public holidays.
- Weather conditions.
- High-demand seasons.
- Unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

During holidays, sale periods, or courier delays, delivery may take longer than usual.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees differ according to the customer’s location and will be confirmed during checkout or before order confirmation.

The delivery fee must be paid in full if the customer refuses to receive the order after the courier arrives.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team may contact you to confirm the order details, delivery address, size, color, and availability before shipping.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact details may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to reach the customer.

Receiving Your Order

Please make sure that someone is available to receive the order at the confirmed address during the delivery period.

Upon receiving your order, you may visually inspect the item only. Fitting is not allowed during delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Lookstan within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Shipping Delays

Lookstan works with delivery partners to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may happen due to circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will do our best to support and update the customer whenever possible.
