Exchange and Return

Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The product has not been damaged, modified, or altered.

Items not eligible for return

According to consumer protection regulations and standard retail practices, the following items are non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defects:

• Final sale items

• Swimwear and underwear

• Items returned without receiving condition

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your order, kindly fill out the form at the bottom of the page with the size you need, or feel free to contact us directly—either through our website or via Instagram message—for assistance.

Exchanges are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your original item will be picked up, and after it has been returned and inspected, your replacement will be shipped.

In cases of defective items, replacements will be provided in the same size, color, and model.

Please note that, in accordance with the shipping company’s regulations and our internal policy, checking items upon delivery is not allowed.
