Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Since Lookstan sells across different platforms, including our website and social media channels, some items may become out of stock after an order is placed.

If an ordered item is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or assist you with the next available option.

Size Selection

Size charts are available for our products. Customers are kindly requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order to avoid wrong-size selections.

Lookstan is not responsible for incorrect size choices if the size chart was available and clearly displayed.

Product Care

Payment Methods

Payment is available through:

- Cash on delivery upon receiving the order.
- Bank transfer through the available payment details on our website.

Orders may be confirmed after payment verification when bank transfer is selected.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect the order visually only upon delivery.

Fitting or trying on the item during delivery is not allowed.

If the customer refuses to receive the order after delivery arrival, the delivery fees must be paid in full.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available within 2 days of receiving the order, provided that:

- The item is in its original condition.
- The item has not been used, washed, damaged, altered, or worn.
- The original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
- The exchange request is made within the allowed time frame.

Exchange requests after 2 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

Items sold in clearance, sale, or final discount campaigns are not subject to return or exchange. All clearance sales are final.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

- Your order number.
- Clear photos showing the issue.
- Photos of the packaging if needed.

After reviewing the case, our team will contact you with the suitable solution according to Lookstan’s policy.

Lookstan reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit order quantities when necessary according to our internal regulations, fraud prevention procedures, misuse of service, or any behavior that violates our store policies.
